Individual 10 CPD Point Packages and all Subscription Packages are non-refundable from the date of purchase. The Package includes 10 hours of purchase credits for Legalwise Seminars content with the option to choose from any of the following formats to view content including In Person, Live Web Seminars, Post Seminar Recordings whether Interactive or Non- Interactive. The 10 hours of purchasing credit must be used within 12 months of the date of this agreement.

Live Online and Post Seminar Recordings: Prices are per person viewing only. You may not distribute to another person nor may you use for group viewings.

Transfer Policy: Transfers between different formats are allowed without penalty more than 3 working days prior to the event. Any amendments within 3 working days of the event are considered a cancellation and you should refer to our Cancellation Policy. To claim a refund, or credit or for further information please email info@legalwiseseminars.com.au

Cancellation Policy: You may transfer between Live Online and Post Seminar Recordings at any time prior to the seminar date. If you notify us in writing more than 3 working days prior to the event you may choose to: i. Obtain a credit of your points for future use ii. Transfer to another available event. If you wish to amend your registration and notify us in writing within 1 - 3 working days prior, you will be charged an administration fee of $75 per event. No cancellations or credit point refunds within 3 days of the event are permitted of any in person attendance.

Variation of Programme: Legalwise Seminars intends to run live programmes as advertised but reserves the right to change the programme without notice which includes being conducted online instead of in person if required. In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be offered.

Privacy: Legalwise Seminars protects the privacy and security of information provided by you. By registering, you agree to the use of your personal information by Legalwise Seminars to process your registration, to contact you about products, services and events, and to provide to all presenters prior to the event.

Access to Legalwise Seminars content under this Subscription is open to the employees of the named company only. All seminars whether in person, live web seminar or recordings are for viewing by a single person only per registration under the Subscription. Cancellation of Subscription: No refunds or credit will be given once payment is received (i) if you change your mind or no longer require the services (ii) for the value of any unused CPD hours (iii) where you elect to close your account.

Seminar Cancellation Policy for seminars booked within a subscription: If a delegate is unable to attend, they may nominate a replacement at any time. If notice of cancellation of a particular registration is given more than 3 working days prior to the seminar, no penalties apply and the subscription points will be reinstated within the Subscription. No credit will be made for any cancellation given within 3 working days or less prior to the date of the seminar.
