Mr. Greg Russo, Principal Solicitor, Greg Russo Law
Greg Russo has almost 30 years’ experience in succession planning, administration and litigation and is one of Victoria’s most experienced and respected succession law solicitors. Simon Pitt SC, Barrister, Ninian Stephen Chambers
Although he has a broad commercial trial-based practice, Simon specialises in complex litigation in the Trusts, Equity and Probate List of the Supreme Court, usually involving questions regarding deceased estates, family trusts, superannuation, the Corporations Act or testamentary capacity. Adam Coote, Barrister, Greens List

He is a guest lecturing in building, construction and planning and often acts on a pro bono basis for the consumer action law centre and other watchdog organisations. Daniel is a member of the Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association (VPELA) and Building Dispute Practitioners’ Society (BDPS). Daniel came to the Bar from the energy resources area and computer industry of both Australia and the USA where he was involved as legal in house counsel, public speaking, management and sustainable energy policy. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in political science.

Olivia Grobtuch is a founding partner of Kennedy Partners, one of Doyles Guide "top tier" Melbourne firms. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. Olivia has been practising in family law for over 30 years. She obtained her accreditation as a family law specialist in 1990 and has been a member of various committees of the Law Institute of Victoria including sub-committees dealing with family law reform. She has presented numerous papers relating to specialist family law topics and has regularly attended family law conferences in both the national and international arenas. She has been involved in a number of important matters in the High Court of Australia, and has also worked extensively on international family law matters, and is a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.

He is a Member of the Supreme Court of Victoria Probate Users Committee. Shane is author of 'Protecting a Will' Federation Press, published in 1991 and which deals with the law relating to claims under Part IV of the Administration and Probate Act 1958 (and its analogues in other jurisdictions) as well as other will related topics. He practices exclusively in the Trusts Equity and Probate jurisdiction (including claims under Part IV of the Act) and has done so for more than 30 years and has appeared in a number of significant cases in the jurisdiction.
