Sarah is an experienced advocate having developed a broad practice in appeals work encompassing a wide range of regulatory reviews and planning, development and infrastructure related matters. She is briefed regularly in Supreme Court appeals and trials in a variety of areas especially review hearings at VCAT and planning scheme amendments and advisory committees before Planning Panels Victoria having built her practice around her planning, development and regulatory background.

Anton has been practising law for more than 20 years and is adept at all of the issues surrounding the compulsory acquisition of land in Victoria, from small easement acquisitions to large-scale property acquisitions, in relation to owners, landlords, tenants and businesses. He has advised on thousands of claims relating to individuals, small businesses, deceased estates, large corporate clients, councils and listed companies. He skilfully assesses the likely impacts of the compulsory acquisition. He undertakes a balanced and thorough analysis of the claim. Through his experience as detailed below, he can identify less obvious issues relating to a claim, to ensure Victorian claimants maximise their compensation claims. Eliza practices in the State Supreme Courts and State Tribunals and on occasion in the Federal Court at trial and appellate level in commercial law, administrative and public law in matters with a planning, environment or government aspect.
