Dr David Freilich, Neurologist
Dr David Freilich is a highly experienced, well sought after Neurologist, with over 44 years experience in private practice. Dr Freilich has served as the Head of Neurology at Western Hospital, Footscray, as well as a senior fellow, and a lecturer at the University of Technology, Victoria. He takes particular interest in brain and spinal injury, general adult neurology, but also neurological ailments including nerve conditions and injuries. Dr Freilich accepts a wide range of medico-legal assessments ranging from medical negligence, public liability and WorkSafe Victoria IME, but predominantly works alongside the TAC to provide meticulous JME reports.
Dr Ben Harris, Neuropsychologist,
Dr Ben Harris is an esteemed Neuropsychologist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. He specialises in traumatic brain injury, particularly in clients with psychiatric and substance abuse comorbidities, neurorehabilitation, and the assessment of symptom validity. Still clinically active, Dr Harris provides outpatient neuropsychology examinations at Brighton Minds. He has previously worked in senior neuropsychologist positions for St Vincent’s Health Services and Monash Health, with particular interest in adult and aged psychiatry, diagnostic assessment of dementia, assessment of decision-making capacity, and inpatient rehabilitation. Well versed within the medico-legal sector, Dr Harris has extensive experience, having authored many reports over his career, and is highly regarded for his JME work.

Michael Lombard is a mediator specialising in personal injury claims at Lombard Mediation.
