The very nature of many lawyer's roles requires them to work on cases where disclosure of violence, critical incidents, injury, dishonesty, aggression, destitution and betrayal, is common. In this session you will gain insights and strategies on:

  • What is vicarious trauma and how does it play out in the workplace?
  • The protective factors that can be implemented to minimize the risk of experiencing vicarious trauma
