Ms. Eva Vicic, Partner, McCullough Robertson
Eva has extensive experience in property and real estate law. She advises large corporations, property trusts, private syndicates and developers. Eva has a particular focus on property development (including renewable energy projects), property sales and acquisitions, and commercial and retail leasing transactions. Eva’s expertise also extends to title and leasing due diligence and acting for institutional landlords and major tenants in a wide range of leasing transactions.


Ms. Michelle Wong, Senior Associate, King & Wood Mallesons
Michelle is a Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons. Michelle is a highly experienced real estate lawyer with the ability to work across a multitude of different areas of law including acquisition and sale of real estate, development work, leasing, real estate financing and enforcement work. She has acted for private equity fund s , developers, publicly listed companies, REITS and numerous entities within the NSW government. She is capable of dealing with the complexities of large scale transactions within tight timeframes and across different jurisdictions.


Ms. Robyn Dimis, Senior Associate, King & Wood Mallesons
Robyn is an experienced property lawyer specialising in all aspects of real property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, real estate financing, property development and complex subdivisions and property transactions for a range of commercial and government clients. She has previously acted for Woollahra Council, Ausgrid, National Australia Bank, Iberdrola Energy and Sydney Trains. Robyn joined King & Wood Mallesons as a Senior Associate in October 2022. She was previously a Senior Associate at Ashurst, where she joined as a lawyer in 2017.


Ms. Jennifer McCosker, Partner, K&L Gates
Jennifer is a partner in the Real Estate team at K&L Gates. Jennifer advises on private and public real estate, corporate real estate and private equity transactions including acquisitions, disposals, real estate finance, leasing and development matters. She has a particular focus on sales and acquisitions for commercial, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties, real estate finance, property due diligence, commercial and retail leasing, and large-scale development and construction projects.


Ms. Christina Tohme, Lawyer, K&L Gates
Christina is a lawyer in the Real Estate team at K&L Gates. Christina has experience in a variety of property related matters. She has acted for some of Australia's leading landlords and tenants, Real Estate Investment Trusts, large property development companies and government entities. Christina has worked closely with clients in expanding their leasing portfolio's across multiple jurisdictions in Australia. In particular, she has assisted in drafting, negotiating and providing advice to clients in relation to their commercial, industrial and retail leasing assets. Christina also has experience in large scale capital transactions, mixed-use developments, strata and residential property development work and preparing high level due diligence reports for landlords and lenders.


Ms. Kathy Gray, Partner, HWL Ebsworth Lawyers
Kathy acts for national public companies, property developers, property investment vehicles and commercial property owners in the areas of property development (including joint development, development management and project delivery arrangements) and Investment property acquisitions and disposals (commercial buildings, shopping centres, industrial estates and residential properties). Kathy has particular skills in large scale strata and community title developments for retail and residential projects and is able to assist with unique and complex issues involving the strata, community and development industry. Kathy provides clients with practical solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.


Ms. Leanne Walker, Partner, Colin Biggers & Paisley
Leanne Walker is a highly regarded commercial litigator, who handles disputes across a variety of industries. She is currently leading our Property Disputes and Advisory team. Leanne has a particular emphasis on property and leasing based disputes, land contract disputes, strata issues and access to land issues. Leanne has experience in alternative dispute resolution, including expert determination and mediation. Leanne has a particular expertise in developing strategies and systems to reduce, manage or resolve disputes. If litigation is necessary, Leanne is experienced in dealing with complex disputes and leads a team of lawyers specialising in dispute resolution. Leanne represents small businesses, landowners, owners corporations, developers and corporate clients in complex business and property disputes.
