Matthew acts on behalf of both injured claimants and insurers in all areas of personal injuries litigation including workplace injury, motor vehicle accidents, public liability claims, medical and professional negligence and intentional torts. He has developed specialty with complex litigation involving dust diseases in the mining (and associated industries), refinery and engineered stone processing sectors; serious personal injury claims involving NIISQ in motor vehicle and workers' compensation fields; and any regulatory reviews and appeals relating to such claims. Matthew also takes a keen interest in contributing to the profession by presenting at the Bar Practice Course, ALA State and National conferences and the QLS Symposium and Personal Injuries Intensives.

Susan has been a barrister with a general civil practice in Queensland since 2003. In her personal injuries practice she specialises in pure psychiatric injuries whether in the workplace or caused in other ways. Susan also practices in administrative law, commercial claims, and white collar crime.
