William Hall, Barrister, Inns of Court
William was called to the Bar in 2024, and accepts briefs in commercial and public law, with a particular interest in property law. William’s experience includes appearances in courts and tribunals in both state and federal jurisdictions, acting both led and unled. Prior to being called to the Bar, William graduated from the Master of Law at the University of Cambridge, which was awarded with First Class Honours, where William studied a diverse range of subjects including restitution, law and economics, and labour law. While in England, William spent time in London completing mini-pupillages at leading commercial and public law chambers. In 2021, William was the Associate to the Honourable Justice D A Mullins AO of the Queensland Court of Appeal. William has also worked as an associate at a leading international law firm and as a sessional academic in property law and jurisprudence. William holds a Bachelor of Laws (with First Class Honours, and the University Medal), and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics (with Distinction).


Sam Mohammad, Partner, RSM Australia
Sam Mohammad leads RSM's National indirect tax practice and has over 20 years' experience advising on indirect taxes. Sam specialises in providing practical and easy to understand GST, duty and other indirect tax advice on complex matters, with a particular focus on clients in the property and infrastructure sectors. Sam's client base includes ASX-listed property developers (both residential and commercial), mid-scale and boutique developers focusing on the south-east Queensland market and government and non-government entities involved in large-scale infrastructure projects across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria (e.g., public private partnerships and development lease arrangements). Sam is a member of the ATO’s GST Stewardship Group and a member of the Tax Institute’s State Taxes Committee.
