She has extensive experience in the national commercial, industrial and retail lease market, and her practice includes commercial property sales and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions, franchising, owners’ corporation and strata law, property due diligence, and the property-related components of corporate transactions, property financing and insolvency. Jane also has extensive experience in hospitality law and liquor licensing, acting on sales and acquisitions of hotels, liquor stores, nightclubs and restaurants and on sales and acquisitions of gaming machine entitlements. Jane’s background includes working in private practice at well-respected national and international law firms and as in-house counsel.

Rochelle Castro, Principal Lawyer, RC & Co Lawyers
Rochelle Castro is a strata lawyer and the principal of RC & Co Lawyers. Julia Moroz, Partner, Bugden Allen
Julia Moroz is a Partner at Bugden Allen with extensive experience in insurance litigation, property damage and strata disputes. Julia regularly advises owners corporations, lot owners, insurers and industry professionals on complex insurance claims and recovery matters, and has acted in numerous proceedings involving building defects, water ingress, fire damage and other property-related losses.
