Natasha Leedman, Principal, Natasha LeedmanNatasha Leedman is the Principal of her own consulting practice, specialising in workplace law. She advises and represents both corporate and individual clients on employment law and workplace relations, equal opportunity and discrimination, work health and safety, vocational regulation, privacy, confidentiality, and freedom of information. With more than 20 years of experience across government, private practice, finance sector and senior leadership roles, Natasha is recognised for handling complex workplace matters with practical insight and strategic clarity. She has worked extensively across key sectors including transport, energy and resources, technology, financial and professional services, construction, property, health, education, and retail. Before re-establishing her own practice, Natasha was a Partner in the Workplace group of a leading national firm. She is also actively involved in governance, serving as a board and committee member in the education sector.
Mark Cox, Director, MDC Legal
Mark Cox leads the specialist employment law team at MDC Legal. He has over 25 years in legal practice, mainly in employment law, with a background in commercial litigation. He was Principal Solicitor of the Employment Law Centre before establishing MDC Legal in January 2010. Mark is named by Best Lawyers and by Doyles Guide as a “market leader”. He acts for and advises businesses, not for profits, governmental and regulatory authorities, and executives and senior employees. Mark has conducted litigation in several state and federal jurisdictions on “both sides of the fence” in a wide variety of litigation, including injunctions and restraint matters, contractual claims, general protections and unfair dismissal claims, bullying and discrimination claims, and demarcation disputes.
Paul Hyun, Lawyer, MDC Legal
Paul (LLB and BCOM, Curtin University) is a lawyer at MDC Legal advising on all aspects of employment law and has experience representing clients in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court, conducting workplace investigations and providing practical advice to clients. Prior to joining MDC Legal, Paul has worked at private law firms specialising in workplace law.
