Greg Vale is an accredited specialist in Business and Personal Tax as accredited by the Specialist Accreditation Board of the Law Society of New South Wales. Greg provides advice to clients, particularly professional firms and their clients, in respect of: business restructuring, federal taxes (including income tax, capital gains tax and goods and , services tax), state taxes (including stamp duties, pay roll tax and land tax), tax disputes including Project Wickenby matters, superannuation, asset protection planning, estate planning; and Corporations Act matters.


John Longworth, Barrister, Frederick Jordan Chambers
John Longworth has been a barrister since 2013, is a qualified Arbitrator and a Nationally Accredited Mediator. In addition, throughout his career John has worked on a range of committees and organisations involved in the development of family law policy and strategy. John is a senior member of the Sydney Family Law fraternity and prior to being called to the bar, was one of the first lawyers accredited by the Law Society as a specialist in Family Law. Both as a solicitor-advocate and barrister, John has worked in many state and federal courts, including at first instance and appellate level. John practices primarily in the areas of family law, child welfare, adoption and matrimonial property. John’s extensive legal experience and community involvement has enabled him to develop a broad-based and authoritative view of the Family Law system in the Australian community. John also appears in other courts and jurisdictions including the Medical Council and the Coroner’s Court. John has been listed as recommended in the Doyles Guide for Leading Family Law Junior Counsel for NSW. Within his areas of practice, John has acquired a significant depth of knowledge and experience in both law and policy. He is highly proficient in advising and appearing for clients at first instance and on appeal in sophisticated and complex family matters across a broad range of Federal and State jurisdictions. Notably, he has appeared in landmark decisions, which are now leading authorities in family law.
