Family Law: Anatomy of a Complex Financial Case A Hypothetical-Based Intensive

Complex financial proceedings rarely turn on a single issue. Using an evolving hypothetical financial dispute as the foundation for the day, you will examine the strategic, evidentiary and ethical challenges that shape the outcome of a case. A highlight of the program will be a closing address by the Honourable Deputy Chief Justice McClelland AO of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1), offering judicial perspectives on the increasing significance of family violence considerations in financial proceedings following recent reforms. Led by acclaimed family law specialists from leading firms, chambers and practices, this highly practical workshop is designed for practitioners seeking sophisticated guidance on strategy, evidence, advocacy and decision-making in complex financial matters.
