Leila Chalk, Principal Solicitor, Forty Four Degrees Pty LtdLeila Chalk is a Partner at Forty Four Degrees Lawyers and Consultants, a boutique law firm passionate about bridging the gap between emerging technology and traditional services. Speaking four languages, Leila is committed to providing legal expertise to clients from diverse backgrounds. Leila practises in Tax, Litigation, Property, and Family Law, allowing her to offer a holistic approach to her clients across these practice areas. She has an LLM from ANU focusing on innovation in the legal profession and a particular interest in the marketing and management of businesses. Leila also sits on the CPA Tribunal as a Disciplinary Panel Member, is a Board Secretary for the Ballarat International Foto Biennale and is a Fellow of the Tax Institute.

Kelly Young, Licensed Conveyancer, Director, Estate Conveyancing
Kelly Young is a fully unrestricted Conveyancing Licence holder and director of Estate Conveyancing, located in Macleod. Kelly and her staff at Estate Conveyancing prides themselves and providing education to clients and referrers alike. Kelly has been working in the legal industry for 20 years with experience in the property fields of settlements & conveyancing in Victoria and Western Australia and residential and commercial lending. Starting out as a junior paralegal in stamping, registration, and settlements, moving onto residential mortgages, Conveyancing and also Commercial Lending, Kelly has a background working in accountant firms, law firms and conveyancing offices in Melbourne city, rural areas of Victoria and is also qualified within Settlements in the state of WA.

Cassandra Maggi, Solicitor, Forty Four Degrees Pty Ltd
Cassandra is passionate about all things Property and Commercial Law. She has completed the Graduate Diploma of Applied Law with a focus on ASEAN+6 Practice, where she was exposed to a variety of cross-jurisdictional and multinational legal issues. This has driven her to pursue ‘outside of the box’ solutions to complex problems and brings a wealth of insights into legal and business advice for her clients. Some of Cassandra's interests include reading, motorsport, and learning new languages. She speaks conversational Korean and Japanese.
