Nick has a keen interest in the manufacturing industry, and also works across other industries including professional services, real estate & construction, technology, and family office advisory. His experience includes advising on complex taxation matters including structuring and planning, family office advisory and virtual CFO – including financial modelling, management reporting, and strategic planning. Nick’s real passion lies in working with private business owners and assisting them in achieving their personal and professional goals.

Genevieve Dee, Partner, Lander & Rogers
Accredited Family Law Specialist Genevieve Dee is a partner at Lander and Rogers and has worked exclusively in family law and has fifteen years’ experience. Genevieve specialises in all aspects of family law, including parenting and property matters, financial agreements, spousal maintenance and child support issues. Joshua Wheeler, Director, Munday Wilkinson
Joshua has experience in business services and taxation, as well as in business. He started his accounting career in a Chartered Accounting Firm in Sydney under former Mid-Tier partners, which provided him with hands on experience to large clients from diverse industries. After some years working in business and varying industries, Joshua decided to use his knowledge and experience to return to his passion of Public Practice and joined Munday Wilkinson in 2019. Since then, he has specialised in forensic accounting and is recognised by CA ANZ as a CA Business Valuation Specialist. His expert reports have included forensic investigations, quantification of economic loss, and valuations for businesses in a variety of industries for family law, commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, tax restructuring, and sales and acquisitions. His reports have been used for litigation matters in various jurisdictions including the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of Victoria, Supreme Court of New South Wales, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, County Court of Victoria, and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Jane FitzGerald KC has been a barrister at the private Bar in Queensland since 2009. Prior to coming to the Bar she was admitted as a solicitor for 10 years specialising in litigation. She acts in high value and complex property family law matters. Her practice also includes commercial, contract, corporate, insurance, medical negligence, personal injury, tax and building and construction disputes. She is accredited as a leading mediator and mediates matters across all of these areas.
