In an environment where legal teams are under increasing pressure to deliver more with less, GenAI is beginning to reshape how in‑house counsel operate and deliver value. In this session, we will explore how legal teams can use GenAI to drive efficiency and unlock strategic impact. Drawing on insights from our work with market‑leading legal teams and practical reflections from our own experience, we’ll examine what effective adoption looks like in practice. You will leave with a clearer view of the key considerations for successful implementation, governance and embedment of GenAI into day‑to‑day legal work, moving beyond experimentation to sustainable, scalable outcomes.
