Natasha Leedman, Principal, Natasha LeedmanNatasha Leedman is the Principal of her own consulting practice, specialising in workplace law. She advises and represents both corporate and individual clients on employment law and workplace relations, equal opportunity and discrimination, work health and safety, vocational regulation, privacy, confidentiality, and freedom of information. With more than 20 years of experience across government, private practice, finance sector and senior leadership roles, Natasha is recognised for handling complex workplace matters with practical insight and strategic clarity. She has worked extensively across key sectors including transport, energy and resources, technology, financial and professional services, construction, property, health, education, and retail. Before re-establishing her own practice, Natasha was a Partner in the Workplace group of a leading national firm. She is also actively involved in governance, serving as a board and committee member in the education sector.
Michael Morgan, Legal Consultant, Baldwin Legal
Michael is an employment and safety lawyer as well as being an experienced human resources professional and work health and safety professional. Michael’s two main areas of practice are: Employment: Advice, assistance and training in all areas of employment law including: employment contracts, awards and agreements; employment policies and procedures, workplace investigations; remuneration and benefit entitlements, workplace behaviour, discipline, performance management, discrimination, workers’ compensation, and legal representation for unfair dismissal, adverse action, and other employment claims. Safety: Advice, assistance and training in all areas of work health and safety (WHS) including: WHS legal compliance, WHS management systems, WHS policies and procedures, hazard management, contractor management, serious accident investigations, crisis and emergency management, injury management, public safety and liability, and legal representation for WHS regulator investigations, enforcement action and prosecution. Michael is admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the High Court of Australia.
