Alison Ewings, General Manager, QIC Properties
Alison is the General Manager, ESG at the Queensland Investment Corporation here she is responsible for the design and implementation of ESG strategy and frameworks. Prior to this she held various sustainability roles within the finance sector. Most recently she was the Head of Engagement at Regnan, the responsible investment business of Pendal Group and was formerly the Head of Sustainability at Westpac. She has been a director of the UN Global Compact’s Australian Network and a member of the AA1000 and ASFI technical committees. More recently Alison was appointed to RIAA’s policy and advocacy technical expert group. Alison has also held roles in corporate strategy in the financial sector and undertaken a number of sustainability consulting projects with leading UK organisations. Alison holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Organisational Communication.

Anna Campbell, General Counsel, AFCA
Anna Campbell joined AFCA as General Counsel in November 2019 and is experienced senior executive with cross-sector and regulatory expertise. Anna’s extensive knowledge of financial services means she is uniquely positioned to provide expert advice to AFCA on complex legal matters, corporate governance and risk management. Anna was previously General Manager of Enterprise Compliance at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) where she was responsible for the ASX Group's regulatory assurance function, involving Corporations Act licensing obligations, Trade Practices Act requirements and other statutory obligations. Anna also held the role of Deputy General Counsel at ASX for nine years, after joining the ASX from Allianz where she was Acting General Counsel. She has worked as a lawyer in both the private and public sector and exhibits a breadth of experience in providing expert instruction on a range of matters. Anna is a highly effective operative in developing and leading organisational approaches to management, corporate governance, risk management, and stakeholder management. Anna holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons), Psychology and Economic History from the University of Sydney.

Alison Jones, Special Counsel, Corrs Chambers Westgarth
Alison is a Special Counsel at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia’s leading independent law firm and practises in IP, competition and consumer law, entertainment law and related areas. Alison has expertise across a broad range of areas, including IP protection and enforcement, commercialisation (including licensing, distribution and sponsorship), advertising collateral, complaints and disputes, industry ethics, competition and consumer law, anti-bribery, anti-counterfeiting, confidential information, cross-border transactions, contract drafting and due diligence. Felicity is a Partner in our Competition, Consumer & Regulatory team. She is a trusted advisor to major corporations in sectors including banking, financial services, telecommunications, media & technology, agriculture, mining, funds and private equity. She is Co-Chair of the Workplace Relations Committee at the Law Institute of Victoria and a regular Chair and Presenter at national legal conferences and publishes in the law journal on workplace law and technology.
