Dr Oren Bigos KC, Barrister,
Oren took silk in 2019 and has extensive experience in corporations, insolvency, regulatory proceedings, class actions, equity and trusts, property, banking and finance and trade practices / consumer protection. He regularly appears for a wide range of private and government clients in proceedings in superior courts, both at first instance and appellate level. Oren won the Supreme Court Prize at Monash University, and completed BCL, MPhil, and DPhil degrees at Oxford University. He is listed in Best Lawyers, Chambers & Partners, Doyle’s Guide, and Who’s Who legal.

Stephanie Hooper, Barrister, List A Barristers
Stephanie practises in commercial law. She has particular expertise in corporate insolvency, banking and finance disputes and building and construction matters. Stephanie comes to the Bar after six years in private practice as a solicitor. Most recently, Stephanie practised in Herbert Smith Freehills’ dispute resolution team and, prior to that, in Norton Rose Fulbright’s insolvency and restructuring teams in both Melbourne and London. She is a co-author of Zuckerman on Australian Civil Procedure. Stephanie read with Carl Moller. Her senior mentor is Nicholas Pane KC.
