Lisa Paul, Principal Lawyer, Robinson Gill Lawyers; Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law
Lisa Paul is a Principal Lawyer and a specialist in Personal Injury Law accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria. She specialises in work injury cases but also assists people with public liability and medical negligence claims. Lisa has practised solely in Plaintiff personal injury litigation since 2001. Lisa is a longstanding member of the Law Institute of Victoria's WorkCover Committee and through that, has served on various other Court and Government committees.


Angus Kleiman, Barrister, Dever’s List
Angus is a common law barrister, practising in personal injuries and insurance law. He appears regularly in the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts of Victoria. Prior to coming to the Bar, Angus was Associate to Her Honour Judge K L Bourke at the County Court of Victoria, assisting in the hearing and management of civil trials, serious injury applications and a range of interlocutory matters.


Catherine Sim, Practice Director, Redlich Injury Lawyers
Catherine Sim is a Practice Director at Redlich's Work Injury Lawyers and is an expert in personal injury law, with experience in WorkCover, TAC and Public Liability. An experienced and empathetic lawyer, Cate is dedicated to assisting injured people achieve a just and fair outcome when they have suffered injuries at work, on the road or in a public place. Cate understands that expertise is valued, and is driven to provide accurate and appropriate advice to assist our client's in making the right decision in their circumstances. Navigating a compensation claim can be an overwhelming and trying time, and Cate aims to assist our clients from the beginning to the end of the process. It is Cate's keen interest in social justice and providing equal access to legal services that moved her to make injured clients' rights and entitlements a priority in her practice. She predominantly assists our South Eastern clients resolve disputes over payment of statutory entitlements such as weekly payments and medical treatment, and seeks lump sum compensation where appropriate. Cate has authored articles in the LIV Journal and Precedent magazine, and is a member of a number of committees with a focus on workers’ rights.
