Justine Clark, Partner, Tisher Liner FC Law
Justine Clark is an experienced lawyer who has an extensive and precise understanding of family law. She is a Principal of Tisher Liner FC Law and an Accredited Family Law Specialist. Justine’s particular areas of expertise include Complex property / high net worth matters; Property matters involving companies, trusts, SMSFs, businesses, taxation, disclosure and valuation issues; International property matters; International relocation (parenting) matters; Binding Financial Agreements and Child Support Agreements. Justine was an Associate to Justice Hugh Fraser QC of Queensland's Court of Appeal, and then Legal Associate to the Honourable Peter Young QC of the Family Court of Australia. Justine is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, the Law Institute of Victoria (and the former co-chair of the LIV Family Law Accreditation Committee), the LGBT Family Law Institute and a member of Pride in Law, Victoria.


Keturah Sageman, Senior Partner, Nicholes Family Lawyers
Keturah Sageman is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and Senior Partner at Nicholes Family Lawyers, Melbourne Australia, with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of family law. Keturah is a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) and a member of Law Asia. She serves as a Member of the Family Law Executive Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria and a Member of the Accredited Specialisation Family Law Advisory Committee. Keturah regularly presents and publishes on family law issues. In 2023, Keturah was a panel member for AP Hour (IAFL), “Is joint custody/shared parenting coming or going?”: a comparison of Japanese and Australian family law reforms. Keturah presented at the annual 2021 Family Law Conference (FLC) in Singapore on “Relocation v Hague: Fight or Flight”. She presented to Leo Cussen Centre for Law on drafting complex agreements and orders. Keturah has been an active speaker and host in the Nicholes Family Lawyers Podcast Series, including podcast and webinar discussions on cryptocurrency, insolvency, and Family Law Amendment Act 2024 (family violence and property matters). Keturah was also a consultant for the Wolters Kluwer-CCH publications “Australian Family Law & Practice” and “Australian Master Family Law Guide” 2021 to update chapters on Child Abduction and Major Long Term Children’s Issues and for the Child Abduction chapter in 2023.
