Clare has more than 20 years’ liability claims experience acting for domestic and international insurers, large corporates, institutions and authorities. She has an indepth understanding of the potential tortious and contractual liabilities of educational facilities and service providers including when volunteers are engaged. Clare primarily practices in New South Wales and the ACT, however she has experience practicing in all jurisdictions in Australia. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney.
