Katie is an Associate Director in Cowell Clarke’s corporate and commercial team. Katie’s has vast experience drafting and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements for clients in a variety of industries. Her practice also focuses on the areas of intellectual property, information technology, privacy law and the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA). Katie has presented a number of workshops and seminars on the PPSA to clients in various industries along with industry bodies. Katie also works closely with clients implementing internal procedures to ensure compliance with the PPSA and to mitigate her clients risk exposure.
