Christian is an experienced barrister and a former partner of one of Australia's pre-eminent commercial law firms (now Norton Rose Fulbright). Christian was recognised in 2020, 2021 and 2022 by Doyles in Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution. Christian has over 25 years' experience representing clients involved in a variety of disputes. Christian is also a nationally accredited mediator and is regularly briefed to mediate commercial disputes. In addition to his commercial practice, Christian is recognised as an expert in proceeds of crime litigation. He regularly appears in proceeds of crime proceedings in various courts throughout Australia, publishes newsletters to practitioners with an interest in proceeds of crime litigation and is a member of the Confiscation and Proceeds of Crime List Users' Group of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
