Lisa Butler, Managing Director & Psychologist, The Talea Group
Lisa is a registered psychologist who helps both individuals and organisations to improve communication capability and wellbeing through bespoke learning solutions, incorporating in-person and virtual training programs and coaching, and targeted counselling and psychological instruments. Lisa is well-known for her philosophy of genuinely customising her approach to suit the business, team and individual. This approach is very efficient and maximises results. With her corporate clients, Lisa focuses on enhancing skills and confidence in business writing, networking, presenting, leading and enhancing relationships, business development, business planning and general communication. Lisa also facilitates conferences and strategy development workshops. In her clinical work, delivering counselling services across both the corporate and private landscape, Lisa provides a unique perspective when counselling individuals to enhance their wellbeing.  Her focus is to support people, particularly busy professionals and executives, to better manage and enhance their mental health and relationships. As the author of best-selling book “Networking Exposed – Discover the secrets of business networking”, Lisa is also a frequent keynote speaker at large conferences and events. Lisa is a qualified and registered Psychologist with AHPRA. Lisa’s qualifications and memberships include a BA, Dip Psych (Org), and Masters in Organisational Psychology from the University of Queensland, and memberships in the Australian Psychological Society and Australian Counselling Association. These qualifications, together with her experience as a University Lecturer for both MBA and Masters in Organisational Psychology, adds a strong theoretical base to her diverse practical experience


Rachel Hew, Barrister, Lilley Chambers
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Criminology) from the University of Queensland. Rachel was called to the private Bar in 2023, after working at Legal Aid Queensland for a number of years. At the private Bar, Rachel practises in criminal law, family law, child protection, domestic violence and personal injuries law. She also accepts briefs for applications in the Supreme Court pursuant to the Dangerous Prisoners (Sexual Offenders) Act (2003). Rachel previously lived in the Hague as part of the war crimes prosecution team for the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY). In addition to her courtroom advocacy experience, she has prepared and personally appeared in over one hundred Mental Health Review Tribunal hearings for Forensic Order reviews, treatment authority reviews, fitness for trial applications and electro-convulsive therapy applications, routinely involving the cross-examination of medical experts. Rachel is experienced in representing some of the most vulnerable people in the State and has a keen interest in ethics and access to justice. Prior to her time at Legal Aid Queensland, Rachel was previously appointed as the Associate to His Honour Judge Brendan Butler AM SC in the District Court. In 2017, Rachel was a finalist in the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland (WLAQ) Emergent Woman Lawyer of the Year Award. Rachel is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland (FLPA), Law Right, the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland (WLAQ) and the University of Queensland Law Alumni Association (UQLA).
