Jehan has a deep knowledge of the Australian risk landscape, advising on risk management strategies and trends in the market, privacy and regulatory matters and indemnity/claims issues regarding commercial contracts and projects. Jehan also identifies and advises on recovery actions and subrogated claims. Jehan also has extensive expertise in cyber policy drafting (including personal and company policies), coverage (including serving as monitoring counsel, and overseeing the work of breach counsel regarding cost and time management and data collection) and advising insurers and insureds on breach incidences. We often work with insurers as the preferred provider for their insureds. Jehan completed a cybersecurity course from Harvard which puts her in a unique position to assist with cyber and privacy claims and develop steps to mitigate the losses arising out of such breaches.
