Ms. Susan Pearson, Partner, Pearson Emerson
With over 35 years’ experience in family law, and as one of the first lawyers to be accredited as a family law specialist by the Law Society of New South Wales, Susan is consistently recognised as one of the leading family lawyers Australia-wide. In 2021 Susan was once again recognised in Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Market as one of only five pre-eminent family lawyers in Sydney and one of only four leading family lawyers for high-value & complex property matters) in New South Wales. Susan is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), and a Contributor to the World Bank Women, Business and the Law & Civil Society Organisation Reports.


Mr. Joseph Box, Partner, Forensic Consulting, Grant Thornton
As a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years' experience, Joseph Box specialises in acting as an expert witness in matrimonial and family law proceedings. Joseph regularly undertakes valuations of businesses, superannuation and complex corporate structures, financial investigations, and taxation advice for matters in the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court. He regularly provides oral expert testimony in Court. In the course of Joseph's assignments, he often works with clients through out of court processes to achieve commercially astute and tax effective outcomes. Joseph is a qualified financial neutral in Collaborative Law. Joseph also undertakes valuation and forensic appointments in commercial disputes and non-dispute situations, and for various State and Federal Government departments and agencies. Joseph also holds a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Studies (Accounting) from Monash University and is a CAANZ Certified Business Valuation Specialist.


Mr. Greg Vale, Director Principal, Charter Law Legal
Greg Vale is an accredited specialist in Business and Personal Tax as accredited by the Specialist Accreditation Board of the Law Society of New South Wales. Greg provides advice to clients, particularly professional firms and their clients, in respect of: business restructuring, federal taxes (including income tax, capital gains tax and goods and , services tax), state taxes (including stamp dutiespa, y roll tax and land tax), tax disputes including Project Wickenby matters, superannuation, asset protection planning, estate planning; and Corporations Act matters.


Ms. Genevieve Dee, Partner, Lander & Rogers
Accredited Family Law Specialist Genevieve Dee is a partner at Lander and Rogers and has worked exclusively in family law and has fifteen years’ experience. Genevieve specialises in all aspects of family law, including parenting and property matters, financial agreements, spousal maintenance and child support issues.
