Lisa Barca is a Partner and Accredited Specialist within Turner Freeman’s Wills and Estates Team. Lisa practises in the areas of estate planning, deceased estates, deceased’s disputes and elder abuse. She focuses on servicing the needs of individuals, families, privately owned business entities and private investment structures. Lisa’s interest in enhancing the delivery of legal services in the succession space through technology and automation, sees her attending both national and international events relating to the interplay of technology and the law, such as Cultivate and LawFest. Lisa has redeveloped her teams’ processes, by creating better precedents and systems, utilising legal software, increasing the engagement of offshore teams, turning her paper reliant practise into a paperless one, and consistently training staff to overcome inertia to change. Lisa hosts in-house Hackathons and is dedicated to the delivery of high quality legal services.
