She is a qualified lawyer with a Masters in English Language and over 20 years' experience training and coaching lawyers and professionals in clear communication techniques. During her career she has held senior knowledge management and learning and development roles in law firms in Australia and Asia, and served as a non-executive Director on not-for-profit Boards. She focuses on building written and verbal communication capabilities of lawyers and professionals to develop their confidence and presence, and enhance their leadership style.
