Virginia is an Employment Law and Industrial Relations practitioner, specialising in all aspects of employment law. Following 9 years of practicing in South Australia, she recently joined the Labour and Employment Law team at EY Law in Melbourne. Prior to commencing a career in law, Virginia worked as a Senior Hedge Fund Accountant for Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), Hong Kong. Virginia has experience in a wide range of litigious and non-litigious employment law matters and regularly provides advice private and public sector employers. She practises across all areas of employment law: from HR advice; workplace bullying, harassment, sexual harassment and discrimination; to executive employment issues; breach of employment duties, restraints, and contractual terms, unfair dismissals, adverse action and other litigation.
