Nina Fitzgerald, Partner, Ashurst
Nina focuses on all aspects of contentious and commercial intellectual property law including patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, Australian Consumer Law and passing off. Nina has clients across a variety of industries including pharmaceutical and life sciences, technology, luxury brands and finance. Nina regularly acts in precedent setting litigation including highly technical patent matters.
